1) Since this journal is friends only i request that when you ask to join you need to say "kumiko means eternally beautiful child" or it won't let you join, because it shows that you read the rules...
2) Comments are requsted when using the icons, it helps me make the icons better... instead of worse X3...
3) Credit is a must and must have "kumiko_icons" in the keywords... or you'll feel my wrath! muah ha ha ha! <- evil Misha laugh...
4) NO HOTLINKG~!!!!!
5) Last and final rule (for now) i request that you have fun! enjoy my attempts at artwork and that if i do something wrong (like spellin) then tell me but don't yell (or use abusive language) if YOU don't like the icon... if you don't then don't use it, but i would like to know what people do and do not like for future refrence...
